Job summary

Hamberley Care Homes in Bedford is seeking a Lead Nurse to join its nursing team. You will be responsible for leading clinical care, coordinating the patient journey, and mentoring junior staff in a high-quality, person-centered environment.

With 12-hour shifts, alternate weekends, and a generous benefits package, you will join a multi-disciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional care to residents. RGN or RMN with NMC registration is required.

  • Experience in elderly care or care home setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Working Pattern: 12 hour shifts and working alternate weekends on a rota basis.
