• Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or working towards.
• Physically fit to meet the demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and operational running of a new children’s residential home.
• Manage and develop staff through supervisions, training, and rota management.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted and children’s home regulations.
