Job summary

Chadwick Nott, on behalf of a leading UK commercial law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Managing Associate with 7+ PQE to join its Birmingham practice. The role offers significant client exposure on high-value investment, development and asset management work.

You will lead on complex property transactions, supervise junior lawyers, and help develop client relationships with developers, investors and institutional clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' PQE in commercial real estate.
• Experience across investment, development and asset management.
• Strong ability to manage complex transactions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Client-facing with ability to build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property assets.
• Lead development and regeneration projects.
• Oversee asset management and landlord-tenant matters.
