Job summary

Medical Imaging Partnership is seeking a Quality & Governance Senior Radiographer to lead QA, governance and patient safety across Brighton Diagnostic & Treatment Centre and satellite sites.

You will drive continuous improvement, ensure IR(ME)R and IRR compliance, mentor radiographers and collaborate with radiologists and physicists to deliver safe, high-quality imaging significantly impacting patient care.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in clinical audit, quality assurance and governance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of IR(ME)R, radiation safety and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance and clinical governance across the centre.
• Drive continuous improvement through clinical audits and service development.
• Ensure compliance with IR(ME)R, IRR and CQC standards.
• Support patient safety investigations and organisational learning.
• Develop and review policies, SOPs and clinical protocols.
• Mentor radiographers and students; promote learning and safety.

HCPC registration

BSc (or equivalent) in Diagnostic Radiography
