The position offers a competitive salary and a performance bonus scheme, with a typical range of £35k–£65k depending on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a performance or race technician.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability.
• High standard of workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Race car preparation, maintenance, and setup.
• Engine and drivetrain installation and development.
• Wiring looms and electronic configuration.
• Diagnostics, servicing, and repair of high-performance vehicles.
• Supporting the build and development of project and race vehicles.
