Job summary

Syngenta is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the R&D Activity POD within CP R&D IT. You will lead a portfolio of digital products that enable R&D data capture, lab and field workflows, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across environments.

You will shape the POD vision, manage a cross-functional team, drive OKRs/KPIs, and collaborate with IT, data, security, and compliance to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product-centric, cross-functional teams in Agile/Lean environments.
• Strong strategy skills: vision, roadmaps, prioritisation and value measurement.
• Experience managing complex digital product portfolios in enterprise settings.
• Knowledge of data integrity, metadata, taxonomy and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Co-create POD vision and multi-horizon product roadmap with stakeholders.
• Translate strategy into a coherent product portfolio across PODs.
• Define boundaries, interfaces, dependencies and governance for product delivery.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across R&D, IT, data, security, and quality.
• Drive operational excellence: incident management, backlogs, and releases.
