Job summary

Key Talent Solutions is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support major water and infrastructure programmes across the North and Midlands, including Leeds and Bristol. You will work closely with clients to drive commercial success and take ownership across live projects.

The role emphasizes post-contract expertise, NEC knowledge, and strong client exposure. You\'ll lead valuations, cost reporting, and change control while coordinating with procurement and site teams.

Qualifications

• Strong post-contract Quantity Surveying experience.
• Confident communication with clients and contractors.
• Good commercial reporting and organisational skills.
• Water, utilities or wider infrastructure experience.
• Rail, highways, energy, environment or other infrastructure sector knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Managing valuations, payments and cost reporting
• Supporting compensation events and change control
• Forecasting and commercial assurance
• Working with NEC3 / NEC4 contracts
• Attending and leading client and contractor meetings
• Supporting procurement, estimating and tender activity
• Managing final accounts and project close-out
• Working across multiple projects and workstreams
