Lead Quantity Surveyor | Main Contractor | Central London / Essex | October 2025

Join a well-established regional main contractor delivering design & build projects across the South East. You'll take full commercial responsibility for a new £16m hotel development in Windsor - leading procurement, reporting, and subcontract management with support from an Assistant QS.

This is a key project for the business and a great opportunity to step into a senior, autonomous role within a growing contractor that values professionalism and long-term relationships.

The Role
  • Take full commercial ownership of a £16m new build hotel project
  • Commercial, residential, automotive, healthcare and education schemes up to £20m
  • Manage procurement, tendering, and subcontractor accounts
  • Prepare CVRs, valuations, and monthly cost reports
  • Work closely with the project delivery team to monitor progress and forecast costs
  • Mentor and oversee an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to maintain commercial control
