Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of apetito, is seeking a Quality and Food Safety Auditor Supervisor to lead PM and night-shift audits of ingredients, processes and products. You will prioritise tasks to keep the team on schedule and compliant, while upholding safety standards and customer expectations.

You will audit against BRC/HACCP, investigate quality issues, and drive corrective actions, all within a collaborative, detail-oriented leadership role on site.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a food manufacturing/quality setting.
• Proven ability to maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with SAP systems.

Responsabilités

• Ensure food safety, quality and compliance across site.
• Carry out audits and inspections per BRC and HACCP.
• Investigate quality issues and customer complaints, identifying root causes.
• Manage non-conformances and drive CAPAs.
• Support traceability and product investigations when required.
• Coordinate testing activities and maintain quality documentation.
• Promote food safety culture through training and coaching.
