Matchtech’s client, a leading defence and security organisation, seeks a Lead Quality Engineer - Assurance to strengthen quality infrastructure within a submarine solutions environment. Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance.
• Understanding and application of ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards.
• Knowledge of quality governance and business management systems.
• Ability to interpret specifications and contract requirements.
• Strong root cause analysis and corrective action verification.

Aufgaben

• Provide QA and QE guidance across the Business Unit.
• Lead audits, certification activities and quality investigations.
• Manage non-conformance resolution and verify actions with stakeholders.
• Facilitate root cause analysis using structured methodologies.
• Analyse quality data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Represent Quality in reviews and liaise with customers.
