As a Lead QA Engineer at PayTech reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading a number of QA Engineers across several scrum teams, ensuring that the depth and breadth of our testing delivers high quality software to our customers. You will work alongside Development Leads to define and deliver automated test suites, allowing for rapid and repeatable testing of services.
You will be an active member of the Quality Assurance Centre of Excellence alongside other QA Leads, defining and implementing improvements to our ways of working, tooling and best practices, striving to continually improve and innovate.
