Job description
What’s involved?
  • Lead the development of a unified QA strategy aligned with engineering goals.
  • Mentor and support QA engineers in best practices and automation.
  • Drive test automation (we currently use Playwright).
  • Improve QA processes and introduce better tools and workflows.
  • Define and track quality metrics across teams.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify and reduce risk.
Must have
  • Proven experience as a QA Lead.
  • Strong background in test strategy and automation.
  • Experience using test management tools like TestRail (or similar).
  • Experience mentoring QA team members.
  • Solid understanding of API, UI, and performance testing.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
Nice to have
  • Experience with React
  • Familiarity with GitLab or TestRail
  • ISTQB Foundation certification

You’ll join our Development team, working closely with Product Managers and Developers to continuously improve quality.
