Job summary

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust in London is seeking a Principal Clinical/Counselling Psychologist/Psychological Therapist to lead the London Pathways Partnership’s strategic workforce and clinical governance. The role focuses on improving recruitment, annual training strategies, and staff wellbeing within offender psychology and related services.

Qualifications

Registered with HCPC/UKCP/BACP/BABCP as appropriate.
Experience in clinical or counselling psychology with complex cases.
Experience in training and professional and clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

Line manage and supervise psychological therapists, lived experience practitioners and pre-qualified psychological therapists.
Develop service user involvement and lived experience practitioner roles.
Interpret policies and guidance for application in the London Pathways Partnership and be responsible for policy implementation.
Oversee quality and performance of the Workforce Development Group and clinical audits where relevant.
Lead governance of psychological practice within the Workforce Development Group and ensure effective service delivery.
