You will lead major piling and geotechnical works, coordinating teams, budgets and client expectations on a nationally significant project. The role offers long-term stability, clear progression and the chance to manage complex packages with a strong health and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major ground engineering or civil projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good commercial awareness and NEC contract knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
• Manage programme delivery, budgets and commercial performance.
• Coordinate engineering, design and site operations.
• Oversee safety, quality and contractual requirements.
• Manage NEC contracts, project risks and stakeholder relationships.
