Job summary

RBC is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, organisation, and implementation of complex projects within Global Security, ensuring alignment with strategies and security policies. This permanent, full-time role requires at least four days in the London office.

You will manage end-to-end lifecycles, develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocations; lead cross-functional teams; and identify and mitigate information security risks.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in project management, with a focus on IT or security projects.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Good understanding of information security principles and risk management.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-have

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CISSP
• Experience with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST)
• Familiarity with RBC’s technology stack and security tools
