To be considered for this role you must have worked in a regulated environment (financial services), have strong direct line management/ team management experience and have managed business change/ transformation projects.

Financial Services organisation is seeking a Lead Project Manager to work in their Business Change department. In this key role you will be leading and managing a team of 6 Project Managers and will be responsible for managing the delivery of change across the business to align with the overall organisational strategy. Used to working with and engaging C level stakeholders you will work across the business delivering change initiatives.

Experience Required

• Proven project / programme management in a regulated environment.

• Experience in establishing frameworks and project/ programme level audit.
• Very strong project and programme management experience.

In this role you will be leading a change function to deliver outcomes and benfits aligned to the strategic goals. This will involve leading others through change in ways of working and managing stakeholders.
