A leading e-signature company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee customer implementations within the Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will manage project resources and ensure successful implementation and user adoption. The position allows for remote work and requires strong project management skills for cloud-based technology projects, along with a bachelor's degree in a related field.

The Senior Project Manager (PM) position sits within our Professional Services team, comprised of fee-earning resources that deliver customer implementations and integrations. Our Senior Project Managers manage the effective deployment of Docusign implementations to time, cost and quality, accelerating time to value whilst also managing and mitigating risks. Best practice solution design paired with controlled delivery leads to successful implementation, end-user adoption and ultimately customer success. The Senior PM is the primary overlay for ensuring this success, by orchestrating project resources (Solution Architects, Product Consultants and Technical Consultants) to collectively drive to the required customer outcomes.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Regional Delivery Director.
Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.
