The UK arm of the business currently employs around 30 members of staff, with 50% of the team being design and projects engineers.

Internationally, the company employs over 800 members of staff, largely across their manufacturing sites in Europe.

As a business they are experiencing growth and a consistent large volume of incoming projects globally within growing industries, which has seen their turnover grow from £30 million in 2018 to £80 million in 2023.

Your responsibilities will include
  • Lead all engineering activities on assigned projects from enquiry through to delivery

  • Act as the main technical point of contact for customers, leading design and review meetings
  • Ensure design integrity and compliance with ASME VIII and EN 13445 standards
  • Perform and review hand calculations, pressure loss, thermal and structural analysis
  • Interpret customer datasheets and specifications to define functional and technical requirements
  • Produce engineering documentation, reports, and calculations to support design and manufacture
  • Liaise with third‑party inspection and notified bodies as required
  • Support sales and estimating teams with enquiry design input at bid stage
