Job summary

Boeing Defence United Kingdom Limited in Bristol and at RAF Lossiemouth seeks a Programme Manager for Aircraft Design Organisation Services (E-7). You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver the E-7 DO services, coordinating across global Boeing groups to meet safety, quality, cost and customer requirements on time.

The role is full-time with hybrid working, based in the Bristol office, requiring UK security clearance and strong leadership in complex defence projects.

Qualifications

• Accredited Programme Management qualification or equivalent.
• 10+ years’ experience in project/programme management in aerospace/defence.
• Experience delivering complex engineering change programs in military aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programme team delivering E-7 Design Organisation services.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost and customer requirements are met on time.
• Maintain governance and processes; drive continuous improvement and stakeholder communication.
