Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking engineers for a Lincoln, United Kingdom facility to drive manufacturing improvements and support product ramp-ups. The role focuses on improving value streams, production methods, and ensuring readiness for new products.

You will lead root-cause investigations, support NPI transfers, and identify automation opportunities to boost throughput and reduce costs, while upholding Teledyne’s high ethics and reliability standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive value stream and production method improvements to increase throughput and manufacturing capacity.
• Support product ramp-ups, ensuring manufacturing readiness, tooling, processes and training are in place to meet customer demand.
• Improve manufacturing and test processes, increasing yield and reducing cost of manufacture.
• Lead root cause investigations and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Support New Product Introduction activities, ensuring products are effectively transferred into production.
• Identify opportunities for automation, tooling and process improvements that support future growth.
