A leading technology company in the UK is seeking a Lead Product Validation Engineer to develop and execute test plans for their AI platform, JedAI. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in development and testing, proficiency in C/C++, and excellent communication skills. Candidates will work independently and within a distributed team to ensure product quality and functionality are verified. This position may require travel greater than 10%.

Job Title: Lead Product Validation Engineer
Location: Cork/Cambridge
Reports to: Software Engineering Group Director
As PV engineer, this person will be responsible for product validation [quality engineering]: developing and running of regression suites to verify the functionality and performance of JedAI. JedAI is the Cadence Agentic AI platform. The functionality to be tested covers all of agentic AI: LLM services, embeddings, workflows, and agents. This person should have effective personality & communication skills to work within a geographically distributed group, and with cross functional groups [such as R&D and PE]. This person should be able to work independently, being able to collaborate remotely with team members.
