Job description

We are a leading trading platform that is ambitiously expanding to the four corners of the globe. Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.

We’re looking for a Lead Product Owner to drive the vision, roadmap and delivery of our Onboarding Operations product area. Youll lead other Product Owners, partner with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, Security, Compliance) and work closely with senior stakeholders within the product team as well as business and technology communities to optimise onboarding processes.

Your key customers will be the operations and back‑office teams and your main goals will include supporting the improvement and optimisation of this operational workload for them – looking for opportunities to simplify, refine and automate. Product owners single‑threaded teams and so need to be comfortable working across multiple disciplines and providing leadership in both subject and line management domains.

Your responsibilities
  • Own product vision, strategy and execution for onboarding operations.
  • Improve operational workflows by simplifying, automating and reducing errors.
  • Drive measurable impact on client satisfaction, resolution times and process efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor product teams and foster a high‑performance, customer‑driven culture.
  • Manage stakeholders, secure alignment and influence cross‑company initiatives.
We’re looking for
  • 5 years of experience in product leadership within fintech, banking or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with global Financial Services onboarding regulations (UK, EU, MENA).
  • Strong understanding of customer insight and analytics with the ability to convert raw data into actionable roadmap priorities.
  • Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints and compliance requirements.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of onboarding ID & V platforms and global financial regulations.
  • Technical aptitude allowing you to comfortably engage in design and engineering discussions at depth.
  • Proven ability to mentor teams, manage stakeholders and deliver impact.

If you’re ambitious, data‑driven and passionate about building seamless onboarding experiences in a fast‑paced fintech environment, we’d love to hear from you.
