Job summary

V7 is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own V7 Go, a multi-faceted platform for finance, insurance, and real estate. You’ll guide the roadmap, balance competing needs, and drive adoption with a clear vision for a cohesive, self-serve product experience.

You will work closely with engineers and designers in a fast-growing startup, shaping how customers use AI across workflows with transparent logic and audit trails.

Qualifications

• You’ve owned a product properly, at a startup or company with a strong product culture.
• Experience delivering a real product area end-to-end, from discovery through launch.
• Built for expert users in B2B SaaS, fintech, insurtech, or data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and decide what gets built; ship continuously.
• Identify problems worth solving; balance sales, customers, and bets.
• Define success criteria before build and measure adoption after release.
• Make trade-off decisions and explain rationale to stakeholders.
• Document decisions and trade-offs to keep the team aligned.
• Ensure cohesive UX across workflows, Context Graph, and chat.
