Job summary

V7 is recruiting a product leader to own V7 Go end-to-end, guiding the roadmap and defining what to build. You’ll work with a small team of engineers and designers, balancing customer needs with a clear product vision.

You’ll define what good looks like before building and drive adoption with thoughtful trade-offs, all while keeping the product coherent across workflows and chat. Equity is offered.

Qualifications

• You've owned a product properly at a startup or a company with a serious product culture.
• You've owned a real product area end to end from discovery through launch.
• You've built for expert users in B2B SaaS, fintech, insurtech or data platforms.
• You're hands-on with LLMs and agents and can compare their strengths and weaknesses.
• You can discuss trade-offs with engineers without needing everything translated.
• You're comfortable with uncertainty and shifting priorities in a fast-moving env.
• You're opinionated but not precious about your approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and decide what gets built, shipping continuously.
• Evaluate which problems are worth solving given diverse inputs.
• Define success criteria and measure adoption after launch.
• Make trade-off decisions and explain them to stakeholders.
• Document decisions, trade-offs and rationale clearly.
• Keep workflows, the Context Graph and chat coherent as one product.
