Job summary

inMusic is seeking a Lead Product Designer to steer design strategy and execution across music creation experiences, partnering with product management, engineering, marketing and leadership to ensure design delivers measurable customer and business impact. This role manages and develops designers across software and hardware workflows.

You will define design standards, establish review practices, and ensure customer insight, research, accessibility, and usability inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product design teams in software or platform environments.
• Strong portfolio of customer-centered, commercially relevant work.
• Ability to coach designers and raise design execution quality.
• Experience working with research, analytics, and cross-functional product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of product designers across experiences.
