Base pay range

Who You Are

• Empathy for customer pain points and eagerness to understand complex business workflows
• A pragmatic design approach, where the ability to pivot and trade‑off objectives is necessary to ship fast and well
• Strong product opinions and taste - not shying away from proposing solutions based on your intuition and experience
• Exceptional skills in cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, product, and customer success
• Have experience working in early stage startups taking products from 0 to 1
• Background in B2C and/or willingness to move to B2B companies and enhance experience of our customers
