Lead Product Design Engineer

Dudley/Stourbridge Area (Commutable from Halesowen, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster)

Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum. Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours weekly. Working from home: 1-2 days a week. Profit Share Scheme and 23 days leave included.

About the role

This is a Monday to Friday role with some working from home available. You will play a key part in shaping best practices and driving innovation within a rapidly growing company. You will develop into a pivotal member of the design team, become a driver for innovation, and be heavily involved in R&D. The organization specializes in manufacturing plastic products and systems for diverse industries.
