Job Description

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Lead Product Analyst (Individual Contributor) to join the Regional Platform squad. The team is focused on tackling global challenges and empowering regional teams to deliver the best customer experience to millions of users worldwide.

Regional Platform solves for a wide range of problems, such as building a health framework for our integrations, identifying the key bottlenecks in the transfer journey, assessing how potential solutions could impact end-to-end speed, or defining the quality of addresses.

The product analytics team in the Regional Platform is relatively new, so as a Lead Product Analyst, your mission will be to partner with the product team, help them define KPIs and build a prioritisation framework, and identify the biggest opportunities.

This is an IC3 role. For more information on our Analytics Career Map and levelling structure, you can view details here.

  • Helping your team make data-driven decisions and prioritise the most impactful opportunities to enable Wise to reach Mission Zero

  • Being the primary point of contact for all data related questions and have full ownership of the domain.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Hands-on data manipulation and analysis experience including scripting/coding in SQL and Python (or R)
  • Creative problem solving skills and an ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions
  • Experience partnering with Product Managers and other Analysts to set KPIs and monitor the impact of our initiatives on customers
  • Strong Influencing skills. You’ll help build conviction on high-value areas and challenging the team if there are faster or more effective ways to achieve our goals
