A leading InsurTech company in London is seeking a Lead Product Analyst to bridge data insights and business strategy. You will work on enhancing customer experiences using tools like SQL and PowerBI. As a Lead Analyst within a product team your input will be crucial in driving business impact and decision-making by bridging the gap between data and insight. We are looking for a hands-on analytical thought leader who will help the team make great data-driven decisions. You will identify opportunities for deep analytics on customer behaviour and site performance, working with the multi-disciplinary members of the team, as well as other key people and stakeholders from across the business, as well as supporting other members of the team.
You’ll join our product team working on the user-facing journeys and experiences that power the business.
You’ll derive strategic insights from our digital marketing, user experience, and commercial data to drive business strategy, marketing investment, and funnel optimisation enabling you to meaningfully improve both customer experience and business outcomes.
You’ll work with modern tools and databases—including Google Analytics, SQL, Amplitude, PowerBI, and Python—to solve a variety of exciting challenges. Typical projects could include:
