Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Process Engineer in Gloucestershire to lead FEED and process design for a climate technology scale-up. The role offers technical leadership across Process Engineering, owning the Basis of Design and guiding PFDs, P&IDs, mass/energy balances, and equipment sizing.

You will mentor engineers, support development of engineering standards and benefit from clear long-term progression into engineering leadership, with a salary of £70,000–£85,000 plus

Qualifications

FEED and process design experience required.
Experience with PFDs, P&IDs, mass and energy balances.
Process safety and HAZOP knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

Technical lead for Process Engineering and multis- design activity.
Own the Process Engineering Basis of Design and lead FEED packages.
Process design including PFDs, P&IDs, mass and energy balances and equipment sizing.
HAZOP, Process Safety, commissioning and operational troubleshooting.
Mentor Engineers and support the development of engineering standards.
Excellent long term progression into engineering leadership.
