You’ll play a key role, taking ownership of end‑to‑end production projects, defining how new products are manufactured, building process flows, setting manning levels and leading improvements once in operation.

You’ll support a product range that’s varied, cutting‑edge and always evolving, working closely with highly motivated people in a business known for its healthy culture, and driving lean, smart manufacturing forward.

What you’ll be doing as Lead Process Engineer

• Designing, transforming and optimising manufacturing processes
• Leading process developments from early concept through to volume production
• Identifying and eliminating waste throughout the operation
• Driving process transformation initiatives, including selection and implementation of new technologies
• Supporting new business quotation and investment plans with robust data and insights
• Influence and engage stakeholders across the business to deliver sustainable change
• Lead, coach and develop other engineers and project team members
