Locations: Swindon, Oxford or Newbury

What we’re looking for

• A background in Mortgage Advice, Premier or Private Banking Relationship management.
• Proven business development experience, building and developing relationships with mortgage brokers, professional advisors, business owners and high net worth individuals.
• Practical experience in credit risk.
• A drive to lead and inspire others.
• Passion for customer service and creating lasting relationships.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• A mindset focused on growth and development.
