Job summary

WSP is seeking Building Services Engineers in Bristol/Cardiff to lead multidisciplinary ME P projects. You will work alongside mechanical, electrical and public health teams, applying design and technical guidance with minimal supervision.

The role emphasizes leading feasibility studies, producing detailed specifications, and overseeing design programmes to meet delivery needs. Hybrid UK work model and Chartership support are offered.

Qualifications

• Understanding UK/European regulations applicable to the discipline and how to demonstrate this in project execution.
• Working understanding of latest electrical design software packages for project work allocation.
• Experience with Revit MEP or similar 3D design software for project direction.
• Ability to sketch and communicate technical detail graphically and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed designs and supervise the work of others in this function.
• Direct feasibility studies and production of detailed/ performance specifications.
• Review design programmes and ensure adequate resources are available.
• Interpret client needs and ensure delivery aligns with project objectives.
