The Role - Lead Practitioner Teacher
Job Reference: HVT0718

The Lead Teacher for Nursery plays a key leadership role in overseeing the effective operation of the Nursery, reporting directly to the Headteacher/Executive Headteacher. This role combines teaching responsibilities with strategic leadership, curriculum development, staff management, and pastoral care.

You will be appointed on a Permanent contract, working 32.5 hours per week. Your working pattern will be discussed at interview stage.

Your actual salary range will be Lead Practitioner L1 - L3.

  • Be an effective practitioner with the ability and desire to improve their practice

  • Have a proven record of working in a nursery/EYFS environment
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
