A leading educational service provider is seeking a Pre-School Room Leader to deliver high-quality early years education at their nursery in England. This role involves leading safeguarding initiatives, supporting children's development, and fostering partnerships with families. The ideal candidate holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and has extensive experience in EYFS settings. Competitive salary and benefits are offered including annual leave and pension contributions.

Salary/package: £26,000 per annum
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week
This role covers the core hours of 08:00am to 17:00pm, Monday to Friday.

The Pre-School Room Leader plays a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care, teaching, and learning within the nursery. They support the Nursery Manager in leading staff, promoting safeguarding, and embedding the EYFS framework. This role is vital in fostering children’s development, empowering families, and driving continuous improvement across the setting.
