Lead Practitioner of Maths (Secondary). Leadership Scale (Surrey Fringe): LP5 - LP10 (£58,860 - £66,444). Full time (60% classroom teaching commitment) | 4 days a week considered. Based across two secondary schools in Surrey.

A successful and forward-thinking Multi-Academy Trust in Surrey is seeking to appoint an exceptional Lead Practitioner of Maths to drive excellence in teaching, curriculum design and professional development across its two secondary academies.

This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational practitioner with a proven track record in Maths to shape teaching and learning both at school and Trust-wide level. You will play a central role in raising standards, developing pedagogy, and modelling outstanding classroom practice.

About the Role
  • Lead on the development of high-quality teaching and learning in Maths across KS3 and KS4.
  • Drive curriculum innovation and refinement across the subject area.
  • Support, coach and mentor colleagues to improve classroom practice.
  • Play a key role in whole-school and cross-Trust teaching and learning initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and professional development programmes.
