Job summary

The Birley Academy in Sheffield is seeking an exceptional Lead Practitioner of English to drive excellence in teaching, learning and literacy. You will work with academy leaders and the English department to model exemplary practice, champion evidence-informed teaching and support colleagues through coaching.

You will influence school culture, lead literacy initiatives and help raise outcomes for all students, developing staff through professional development and collaboration within the LEAD
