Job summary

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a Lead Developer (Power Platform) to shape and deliver innovative digital solutions for residents, businesses and colleagues. You will lead enterprise-grade projects using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Azure services, driving governance and best practices across the team.

You will translate business needs into secure, scalable technical solutions, working with APIs, databases and integrations while mentoring other developers and collaborating

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and Azure services.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and guiding best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and provide guidance across the full development lifecycle.
• Define standards, governance and best practices for Power Platform development, ensuring secure, scalable solutions.
