Responsibilities

• Framework Design: build a repeatable process for expressing views in rates options with no prior playbook.
• Model & Tooling Build-Out: implement models and tooling to scale the process reliably.
• Risk & Desk Formation: establish risk frameworks and a scalable team structure from scratch.
