Lead Plumber & Air Source Heat Pump Engineer - Domestic and Commercial sites

Location: Birmingham/Midlands

Salary: £45k - £50k (inc 1 hour/day travel), overtime available.

We are building an in‑house team specialising in Heat Pump installations. The role is pivotal, working on a mobile basis to carry out plumbing and heat pump installations for domestic and commercial sites, including fitting radiators, underfloor heating and heat pumps. Manufacturers include Mitsubishi, Samsung, Vallaint among others. You will work in a team of 2 around the Midlands, following designs and ensuring correct system installation. An improver will assist you as needed. Overtime is plentiful and you will be paid door to door.

Candidate Requirements

Good customer service skills, well‑presented and articulate, able to build trust and rapport with clients.

Recognised air conditioning qualifications such as F‑Gas, City & Guilds NVQ preferred but not essential – training will be provided if F‑Gas is required.

Experience installing heating systems, including air source heat pumps, and an in‑depth knowledge of various manufacturers.
