Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent qualification required.
• Thorough training and experience in plastic surgery and burns.
• Ability to supervise juniors and teach multidisciplinary staff.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for clinical care of patients in plastic surgery.
• Provide clinical leadership and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Participate in on-call and out-of-hours cover.
• Lead ward rounds and ensure safe, timely care.
• Cover satellite sites and supervise junior staff.
• Lead and participate in research with university partners.
• Contribute to audit, quality improvement and CPD.
