Job summary

Technify Talent Limited is seeking an experienced Plant Workshop Manager to lead a busy workshop, directing a team of mechanics and welders to deliver repairs, servicing and preventative maintenance. You will ensure operations are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, with strong focus on HSQE compliance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires proven leadership, excellent organisational skills and a track record of progressing within maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience as a Workshop Manager.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of plant maintenance, HSQE and compliance.
• Demonstrable career progression.
