HB Public Law, based in Harrow, is seeking an Assistant Principal Lawyer (Planning) to join the Planning, Property and Regeneration team. The role involves supporting management of the team, and handling a varied caseload across four local authorities, advising on planning and related matters.

You will lead on agreements such as section 278 and 106, attend planning committees, and develop your career within a supportive shared legal service that serves multiple councils.

Formación

• Qualified solicitor, barrister or CILEX with litigation rights, or soon to qualify.
• Strong planning law background with property experience advantageous.
• Ability to manage own caseload and prioritise competing demands.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, property and regeneration caseload across four authorities.
• Attend planning committees and advise on a wide range of planning matters.
• Manage section 278 and section 106 agreements, highways work and regeneration schemes.
