Qualifications

  • Experience in planning or enforcement, including casework and appeals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regular case reviews and mentor Enforcement Officers.
  • Advise on expediency of enforcement actions.
  • Draft decision reports and formal notices.
  • Represent the Council in legal proceedings and appeals.
  • Prepare appeal statements and respond to cost applications.

Education

Degree in Planning or equivalent
