SSE plc is seeking a Lead Planner to own the integrated project schedule for a major Offshore Wind capital project. You will lead a team of planners, coordinating with Project Services Manager and wider Capital Projects to ensure robust scheduling and reporting.
As the Lead Planner you will drive development of an integrated execution programme, manage interfaces across multiple work packages, and provide insights to support decision-making and risk mitigation.
You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations Glasgow, Aberdeen, Perth or Reading officewhilstother SSER locations can be considered.
£59,800 - £85,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

As Lead Planner, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of a major Offshore Wind capital project. Leading a team of planners, you'll take ownership of the overall project schedule from development through to construction, ensuring a robust and integrated programme is in place to support delivery.
Working closely with the Project Services Manager, Project Managers, Package Managers and wider Capital Projects team, you'll be at the heart of project decision-making, providing the schedule insight and analysis needed to manage risk, drive performance and support successful outcomes.
