Job summary

Sportsmith is seeking a Physical Development Coach to design, deliver and evaluate individualized strength and physical development programmes aligned with the Club’s performance philosophy and playing model.

You will lead gym-based training sessions focused on developing strength, power, movement quality and injury resilience, including goalkeeper-specific development for modern game demands and return to play.

Responsibilities

• Lead gym-based training sessions focused on developing strength, power, movement quality and injury resilience.
• Oversee position-specific physical development programmes for goalkeepers reflecting demands of the modern game and return to play.
• Monitor, profile and assess players’ physical qualities using performance data to tailor development plans and optimise outcomes.
