  • Manage studio schedules, workloads, and priorities to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Lead, support, and develop photography team members, encouraging creativity and best practice.
  • Maintain studio equipment, cameras, lighting systems, and production resources to ensure efficient operation.
  • Establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute creative expertise across the wider business.
Person Specification
  • Proven experience within a commercial photography environment, ideally within retail, eCommerce or product‑focused industries.
  • Experience leading or managing a photography studio or creative team.
  • Strong understanding of commercial photography requirements across digital, marketing, and promotional channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
