The Princess Grace Hospital in Central London is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician to join the pharmacy team. You will lead a small team (4-5 technicians and assistants) and oversee dispensary, purchasing, stock control and medicines distribution, contributing to service development and workforce planning.
With ACPT and GPHC registration, hospital experience, and a track record in education and supervising colleagues, you will drive improvements using KPIs and audits.

Location: The Princess Grace Hospital, Central London
Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week between Monday-Friday, with contribution to weekend and on-call on a rota basis

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team at The Princess Grace Hospital, currently rated "Good" by the CQC. The Princess Grace Hospital, part of the world-renowned HCA Healthcare UK, offers a range of specialist services including complex surgery, medical and intensive care.
The successful postholder will be line managing and working with a team of 4-5 Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Assistants to ensure all aspects of the core operations are delivered, including dispensary, purchasing, stock control and medicines distribution. You will also work closely with the Pharmacy Leadership team to support service development, contribute to workforce planning, and utilise KPIs, audit and financial data to drive continuous improvement across the service.
