Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Duty Pharmacy Manager to lead a pharmacist-led team and deliver high-quality NHS and private services within our community pharmacy network. You will also focus on developing staff, strengthening relationships with local GP practices and Primary Care Networks, and driving patient-centred care.

You will be supported by leadership training plans and flexible working options, with a strong emphasis on professional development and contribution to community health outcomes.

Qualifications

Pharmacy degree with current GPhC registration.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to train and develop colleagues.
Willingness to join PVG scheme and DBS checks.

Responsibilities

Supply prescriptions and NHS/private services with healthcare advice.
Lead, train and develop pharmacy colleagues and support staff.
Build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GP surgeries.
Ensure accurate NHS payments and claims.
Support the Pharmacy Manager to drive service excellence.
