Job summary

Dionach by Nomios is seeking a Lead Penetration Tester to drive CHECK-compliant assessments across client environments, including network, web and internal systems. You will lead and mentor the penetration testing team, shaping testing strategies and delivering clear remediation guidance.

The role supports hybrid working with home-based arrangements and optional offices in Oxford or Glasgow, plus UK-wide client-site visits as required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in penetration testing across network, web application and internal environments.
• Experience leading customer engagements on-site.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of penetration testers.
• Oversee complex infrastructure and application penetration tests.
• Direct client engagements and serve as technical authority on CHECK engagements.
• Review and validate work for accuracy and thoroughness.
• Prepare reports detailing findings, risks and remediation strategies.
• Support proposal writing and scoping where needed.
